Hey all!

Birthday just passed, and a buddy got me, as a somewhat of a gag gift, a Falcon! Good times! He and I play every few weeks and I got him Slave 1 for Christmas, so it evens out:)

Anyway... building my first Falcon list... want to enjoy it, rather than necessarily power game... what do you think of this list?

I figure that he will have great choice of forward movements that shed stress and activiate his ability, although now I am second guessing how often he will be Koiganing anyway, if I really want to make use of that turret...

Any thoughts for a Falcon newbie?

Looks like a pretty good list. You might want to rethink Navigator in favor of something else. Possibly Recon Specialist, as double focusing can be pretty awesome. 3PO is amazing as well.

Any other advice for the falcon? I rarely see PTL on it... Is that a huge mistake? I just figure a focus and an evade is awfully nice...

Don't worry about how often you'll need to go green to clear stress from K-Turning, with PtL you'll usually be going green to clear stress from that. And you're right, K-Turns should be pretty rare with a 360 turret anyway.

Try to make room for an Engine upgrade if you can. Boost is amazing on the large ships, and it can easily put you in Range 1 of an enemy / out of their firing arc. It's a welcome addition, especially if you're running PtL.

I ran Han in the falcon and Luke as his only other upgrade this weekend and it worked well. then you have 50 or so points to throw around.

(a lot more interceptor and soon phantom players will like you a lot more)

eh, the falcon isn't that scary against interceptors. A group of them can throw a lot of dice, and you can only kill one at a time... it's amazing how fast those 13 hit points go away.

oh yes falcons are definitely killable, but it's a lot more satisfying to maneuver a ship so it is perfectly in r1 of an enemy and outside of it's firing arc, cant do that against a 360 arc.

Any other advice for the falcon?
