Looking for Advice - Dutch list and Corran list

Hey guys,

Currently I have two Core Xwings and an Xwing expansion pack. I am considering my next purchase to be a Ywing or an Ewing. How does this Ywing list look? The idea was to juggle around target locks.

I am leaning towards the Ywing because it is one of my favorite ships. I do not like the Ewing aesthetically but Corran Horn is one of my favorite pilots, so after some advice I came up with a Corran list using the cards I have currently. The second list is just an attempt to spread the points better so Corran isn't so heavy.

Biggs Darklighter — X-Wing 25

Wedge Antilles — X-Wing 29

R5-K6 is redundant with a Fire Control System, no?

With your first list I would ditch the Astromech, all of them, and make one of your Rookies into Tarn with R7. (Seeing you're building lists with E-Wings and all.)

On the last you'd be better served with Luke and R2(and Draw their fire) than Wedge and R2. Otherwise it looks good.

Right now I don't have Tarn or the GR-75 kit, but I could drop the droids and consider maybe Garven or Luke depending how the points worked out. Thanks!

R5-K6 is redundant with a Fire Control System, no?

My thought was that if Corran hunts larger game, it would be beneficial for him to maintain his target lock for future turns, possibly. The droid may not be necessary, but I am just trying to work with the upgrades I got.

I don't think R5-K6 (the re-acquire TL droid) is that good on Dutch, it's like an iffy fire control system for the same cost. And an R5 on Biggs is, well, not certain. If you drop all droids, you can replace a rookie with Garven, who goes great with Dutch.

My favorite Dutch list for just dinking around is:

Dutch Vander + Ion Turret = 28 pts

Garven Dreis = 26 pts

Gold Squadron + APT = 24 pts

Rookie = 21 pts

Feel free to throw an R5 on Dutch if you want, or take the torpedo off the gold and add an ion turret and R5s to the Y-Wings.
