Hey guys! I recently received a Battlefoam PACK 720. I'm thinking of ordering a custom tray to fit both my Tantive IV and Transport. However I am unsure as to the thickness I should go for on the custom tray. Any suggestions?

I'll have to check when I get home, but mine fills a PACK 216. I think it's either 2 or 2.5 inches.

I thought I saw 3" listed on their own tray design for the CR90. I'm ordering a custom tray in 3.5" though.

3" should be OK. Do you have your CR-90? You can always measure it. I measured it as a little under 3". I have a PACK 720 myself, and am going the custom foam route.... but I'm doing it the hard way and cutting my own foam with a hot wire cutter, because:

1. I'm picky abut the layout and need to optimize it better to fit all my ships.
2. BattleFoam is expensive.

Edit: remember that the base will add another 0.25".
