This weekend I played this list at a Convention in my hometown.

*Rookie Pilot

*ORS with C-3PO, Leia Organa and Millenium Falcon.

It was great fun. Sadly only 8 players showed up. I lost 2 games and won 2 in the first day, that gave me the 4th placement slot. Sadly the 3rd placed guy had to drop and thus I was in his slot. I managed t win the whole tournament after defeating both players I lost agains in day 1 in the semifinal and final (The first guy I first lost 0-100 in day 1, then won when he decided to give up when he had only 1 Green Pilot left, and I only having the ORS left, with no damage on either ship. The second guy I lost against with 22-100 in day one, but in the final it came down to my ORS against 2 Prototype Pilots and 1 Blue Squadron with no Shields. I killed the Blue Squadron instantly, and then it was only a matter of time before I had killed both A-wings. A-wings vs ORS with Millenium Falcon & C-3PO is a problem).

Now I want to make my list even better. I decided on Leia and C-3PO because I thoughgt they where really cool. But now I am thinking about adding Biggs. How about this list? Would it work? Obviously the strategy here would be to force my opponent to divide his ships between Biggs and something else, and always target the most expensive ships, thus forcing my opponent to chase my ORS in the end.

Ya, I think dropping Leia is a good call, obviously is good for the first pass when you k turn all your ships but I don't think she really shines unless playing an epic match. Especially seems a little awkward with B's since their K-turns are easier to block.

Second list definitely seems viable, I always try and sneak an APL on an ORS and block but since you can only use C-3P0 once a round you're probably flying your ORS more as an end game ship, hence adding Biggs to make him survive longer. That said you could still fit APL if you switched the two Blues to Rookies.

I played an almost identical list at my local and won (picked an E-Wing):

Y-Wing (Gold) with ion turret

B-Wing (Blue) naked

B-Wing (Blue) naked

ORS with C3PO, APL & millenium Falcon upgrade

The B's were snipers running behind waiting for the Y-Wing to ion opponents into the ORS - who with C3PO and MF title took some serious punishment before going down. It worked a treat. Not sure how much fun it was to play against, but I certainly enjoyed flying it.

I ran an ORS with C-3PO and I'd say that he is EASILY the best upgrade in terms of hull per point. On each game I've used him, he saved me 2-3 hull on average. I've actually never lost an ORS with C-3PO, so I think I'm sold on him being the best upgrade for it.

I think Leia will work better later when due to the Z-95`s Rebels is able

have more ships to get more out of the skill.

I agree that Leia wasn't needed. I got more mileage out of her if I used her to get better positioning earlier in the game. But it wasn't necessary.

EDIT: Just realized that if I bring the price down below 35 Points for my ORS it will be cheaper than 2 Prototype Pilots and that would force me to chase him. (2 Protypes and 3 Blues are the list to beat here right now). That would probably not be such a big problem since they have problems hurting me, but still. What other 4 Points of upgrades on the ORS would you chose instead of Leia?
