Say the Empire has 100 points and the Rebels have initiative with 99 points. Both sides have 2 pilots at level 2. The Rebels pilot goes first but who goes next, the second Rebel’s #two pilots or the Empire level 2 pilot and then the Rebel second #2 pilot?

I thought all the initiative pilots at a pilot skill level would go and then the other team at that same level would go.

If you "have" initiative you move and shoot with ALL of you ships at a given PS before your opponent does the same.
