Both in custom tray design and in the FOW design. Oddly, not finding it for the 15.5" x 12" trays. I have fired up the custom tray creator and it will easily hold it, so perhaps they just have not created their ready to go option.

The P.A.C.K. bags are 15.5"x12". I think you meant their FOW-sized trays.

Because this happened . I don't know the details and didn't follow it closely.
However they are the only company around that I know of that has anything as nifty as the PACK system of bags that allows you to attach various bags together so that you can bring what you need.

There is already US case law that sets precedent that not all derogatory speech against companies is protected under the freedom of speech.
My only complaint of battlefoam is that they have not applied my veteran discount on my last two orders.
I hear their 'cage free' foam is actually just a eon with a tiny opening that the fledgling foams couldn't ever squeeze through.
If I refused to buy anything from any company that did anything even remotely "unethical", I'd basically never, ever buy anything ever again. From anyone. Anywhere.
Is FFG unethical by outsourcing it's plastic mold making to China instead of keeping it in old US of A? I say no. We wouldn't have to wait for customs... But the product would probably be shoddy and overweight...

No their branded/Licenced stuff only fits in the licenced bags. The pack system is all 'Battle Foam Size' exept for the Mini and C4.
I use the shield bag and the length of its tray is 14.25" yet when i try to use the custom configuration app the CR-90 will not fit. its length is i a tick smaller than 13.25 so even subtracting .5" for the .25" buffer on each side it SHOULD fit? I have test fit it with my current shield bag and it has plenty of space.... may have to manually configure this one!!!! want to stay with the shield bad that way i can have one bag for the empire and one for the rebels...

Not entirely sure what the FOW size is supposed to be used for.
As for if it will fit in a PACK system bag... yes it will sorta... The width of the FOW is 15.5", the length of PACK foam is also 15.5". The FOW is 8" long where as the PACK foam is 12"
So it will fit but you will have wasted space since the foam will not completely fill the bag. The PACK isn't wide enough to hold 2 FOW... so I am confused what the purpose for FOW is...
EDIT: FOW= Flames of War and bag made specifically for another game. Maybe customers are using that size for X-wing?

Probably so people can re-use the FOW bags and just swap out the foam trays for what they are playing. I have both the FOW bags and Pack bags but I don't swap trays out for either.

Fair enough. I would love to continue supporting Outrider Hobbies, but unfortunately the guy who runs it probably shouldn't be running a business on the internet, or anywhere else for that matter.

I sent them an email asking whether they were working on a tray for the 4th Wave. They responded that, since they are not licensed by FFG, they have to wait until the figures are released in order to do the trays. So, hopefully the trays will be out in the June/July time frame.
I use the Spartan/mantic foam as halves in my PACK 720. It is great for when I need one really deep tray for few models and then I can get 2 thinner trays for others.
