I am working on a custom map design, and I do know have access to my templates. Is the length of the range ruler one foot exactly or is it 300 mm? I think I have read that range one is equal to 0-100 mm, but I was hoping to get this information verified before I send a custom map to the printers.

I believe one ship-length is 40mm, which makes range 1 = 100mm and range 3 = 300mm.
