where is the nearest gameing place in toronto. i have booked everything up so i will want some practice and some fun games before the events kick off. i will be arrivng wednesday and hope to enjoy every part of this

You might want too try using our OP search engine . I most of the time can't get it too work so I usually use gamersroundtable.com still has a lot of venues up on the site.

I don't know much about Toronto's UFS scene but they did run events at 401 Gaming on Younge ST downtown. If I remember right their events are on Saturdays (which is kinda counter productive lol). If you feel like making a trip 40 minutes east (by car/train) into Oshawa there's World's Collide Games where folks such as myself, Kin (AwesomeDhalsim), and the Foxhound crew play. We'll be meeting Thursday night mostl ikely around 5 pm EST to get some last minute deck testing in. I warn ya though, we're crazy competative ;o) I jest I jest.

Anyways I'll be talking to Kin on Thursday most likely, in case he doesn't get a chance to reposnd to this before then and I can give ya some info. I'll add ya to my friends list in case you feel like coming out to the Shwa. That way ya can harass me and I can get you directions/meet ya at the train station (if you take said train) to get you to the store.

According to the 401 Games website, they have UFS events every Wednesday night at 6:30pm. Either or not the game is dead there and if anyone will actually show up... I dunno.
