The annoucement was just "we're makin' em." They still had to finalise them, probably do some bureaucratic stuff, wait for their current factory run to finish, put them through a factory run (which involves handpainting ALL of them), more bureaucracy, get them on a ship and sail that ship halfway across the planet.

Can't FFG work with Google to build a transporter and just been them into our homes.

I don't get it, FFG has been really stepping up their game and getting things out quickly, meeting ETAs, and yet you still are complaining? These have not been on the boat for 110 days, it's been a couple weeks at best, I forget the exact date. Even during that announcement they said to expect them 2nd Quarter, which means April-June. Even then, no one thought they were going to do it, people guessed we would get them in August/September. Now here it is late May and they are on the boat, expected late June, right on time, which is a huge achievement for them. Why on earth are you complaining when they are meeting their deadlines? Did you think the original announcement was going to be when they were on the boat?

You say it's taking forever, but when it was announced i wasn't going to expect wave 4 till September, and i thought Rebel Aces would be November-ish (given the length of time it too for products to make it to our hands) I thought Rebel aces would of been one of those releases that we all are speculating on if it will be in hand before worlds.

So I'm really happy. And while i can't wait....my wallet is still on cooldown from my vacation so I'm glad it still isn't here.

Try living in the UK where your distributor has announced there is a wave 4 delay so we won't get it until August/September. Now moan that late June is not reasonable.

Wait, who has said the UK has a delay of that long?

My Local FLGS was contacted by Esdevium (the UK distributor) who cited that there was a delay for the UK and they weren't expecting any until August/September.

I think FFG just needs to stop announcing waves until they are already finished with production and are 'on the boat'. It might cut down on the whines.

Nothing new, we pay almost £5 per ship more than Americans and no one can hazard a guess as to when, even if, some sets will make it to the UK
