Anyone else notice a month delay for the new things?
New wave delay
Where is your info coming from? On the FFG main page it still says June.
No delay as far as I'm aware, still saying June.
Been on the boat for about 2 weeks now IIRC, and is usually about 6, so I'd expect 3rd week of June.
Yup, especially Wave 4, as the prerelease is this weekend, meaning the wide release is and has always been at least a short time after that.
they wont hit the stores until the events done with
Barnes & Noble online previously showed the Wave 4 ships to be available 5/28. Now they are not listed at all.
Amazon now shows the TIE Phantom, available 6/27 via FunAgainGames.
Sad
I believed it takes the ship at max 3 weeks to reach the US from China & 1 week for the items to reach the distrubutors. I forsee that the wave 4 ships should be availiable next week in the stores. I won't even be surprise to see them for sale at the X-Wing preview events this weekend.
Look the shipping on the upcoming page is 4-6 week. (Say on the side of the page for the boat description) So may 9 was the day they were placed on the boat. Arrival est is the following,
May 30 would be 4 weeks
June 6 would be 5 weeks
June 13 would be 6 weeks
Then it's about 9 days to get to the stores,
So June 8th - June21st would be a good time table to see wave 4.
My guess is June 13th (I think FFG has Friday releases)

I'd guess the 11th or 12th for my area, as I've seen Wed and Thursdays.
Yea this would be a good week.

Everyone is taking guesses based on assumptions. Look it's been 110 days, barring any delays we should have our ships in less than 32 days we are more then half way there, It will ok, no worries.
My guess would be the 13th of June as well
Wave 4 will be out when they're out.
Be patient, younglings. All good things come to those who wait.

Dude, those younglings are more powerful than you can possibly imagine.
But at least they're not whinging 'cos their wave 4 hasn't arrived yet.

Actually, that was a moment of narm for me, and it's what makes Episode III actually the worst of the prequels. Palpatine sends Anakin to the Temple to kill the younglings--younglings who ought to remind him of all the children he's met, of his own Padawan, and even of himself. Killing children is a taboo is almost every human society, as close to a universal drive as we have. And in response to all of that, Anakin shrugs and turns on his lightsaber.
And the thing is, Anakin is supposed to be a tragic character, which requires that the audience empathize with him. We're supposed to get where he came from, and why he becomes Vader, with an eye toward the redemption we know is coming. And although I don't really buy that based on Lucas' script or the three vacant expressions that make up Hayden Christensen's range as an actor, I can at least get where the story is going from a narrative perspective. And then we swerve into full bathetic mode with the younglings, and any kind of narrative cohesion is just gone.

I think it was a case of George dragging his feet narratively in the first two films and ending up with absolutely no time to cover anakin's fall adequately, he had to rush through it.
I do wish there had been a teenage Jedi character that anakin killed in that sequence that they had used as the model for Ahsoka I. The clone wars. Wouldn't have needed anything else to point to it, but it would have been a cool way to connect the cartoon to the later movie.
I think there should have been more to that scene, but it might've ended up on the editting room floor. As Forgottenlore put it, GL had to rush through some aspects and it made little sense in the final cut.
Still, what's that got to do with " where's wave 4? "

You figure out if your going defender or phantom?
Phantom. You can't see me!

I think they're just dead. Qui Gon was the first to work out how to become one with the force, and he just taught Yoda and Obi.
Still wish they showed that at the end of the credits or in deleted scenes or something, sure it sets up something in Ep 4 that Obi-wan already set up within Ep 4 30 years before Ep 3 came out
