Rule questions let's say I have 2 or more troops in one area adjacent to two neutral force area, can I use a march order to send one troop on each and take them ?

If I understand your question...Let's say the Lannisters have a Footman and a Knight in Lannisport . Using a March Order in Lannisport , the Footman may seize Riverrun and the Knight may seize Stoney Sept , provided no forces from another House are present in the locations.

Joe is correct if you are attacking two empty spaces; however, you are not allowed to attack two neutral force tokens with a single march order. You can find this in the game manual under the Neutral Force Tokens heading (p.26).
