Will the Wedge + Outmaneuver combination allow Wedge to remove the range 3 bonus of the defender.

Example: Shuttle on R3 is reduced to 0 (zero) agility by his standard pilot ability. Then Outmaneuver takes care of the R3 bonus and keeps agility at 0.

Outmaneuver reduces the agility value. Range 3 with a primary weapon gives plus one defense die. That is not the same. So no, the target still gets the one die from range. Outmaneuver does not cancel the die for obstruction either.

Well, it is not that outmaneuver removes the range 3 bonus, -the bonus is still there-. It is just that it reduces target's agility value by -1. And in the case of Wedge, an additional -1.
