Just curious if this astromech's ability to take a stress to give a stress stacks? In other words, you could keep taking stresses and keep stacking stresses?

Since there is no restriction on the card about not being able to use it when stresed, I'd say yes. Just remeber that any effect only triggers once per opportunity. So you can not use R3-A2 to pile on multiple strestokens in the same attack.

What he said. Only one stress per attack. But an unlimited amount of stress if you like to not perform actions.

Comms boster removes all stress tokens in one go. Might want to keep that in mind.
