Anti-Pursuit Lasers and Overlapping

By TheGreedyMerchant, in X-Wing Rules Questions

Can I move through a ship with Anti-pursuit lasers without them triggering? Also with a phantom, can I decloak and fly through a ship? I just want to make sure I have the overlapping rules in my head, please correct me if I'm wrong.

For the APLs - yes, only your final position matters, you have to overlap to trigger APLs.

Phantom: yes it can decloak through another ship, just not through an asteroid or other obstacle (iirc)

Perfect I have read it correctly thanks Cptnhalfbeard.

Also worth noting, from the FAQ:

"The effect of Anti-Pursuit Lasers only resolves if an enemy ship is touching the ship equipped with Anti- Pursuit Lasers after executing its maneuver."

Meaning if you overlap 2 ships, one with APL and one without, and you end your movement touching the one without APL, you do not trigger the APL.

So if something were ioned and bumped into a ship with APL that would make it trigger.

Yes. Ion + APL equals happy fun times.
