yes it is, it is joined together using 2 of the clips that hold the dials together

Well given the Tantive IV is now officially released, it appears that the four cards in it that can be used in dogfighting games are tournament legal for regionals and otherwise, as they haven't provided any sort of ban list. In turn, I wonder if this foreshadows how Wave 4 will be treated in a few weeks (i.e., legal from the day they're released despite releasing in the middle of a tournament season).
