My case is somewhat similiar. While I cant go into details, I will say this.

Once you are in the system, your life is hell from there on out. Its been two years since ive worked.

Finding a job is completely an uphill battle not to mention the shunning of social and religious circles as well.

Half the people believe in Lady Justice. The other half has first-hand experience.

The only thing less understated then the horror of war, is the viciousness and sneaky nature of a woman bent to lead someone to ruin. Not to sound biased, but I've heard my fair share of these horror stories as well. The system, as we have it in America, is a joke and things are far from fair. I'm glad to hear things are going better for you, and that the 30th will be a very good day indeed. Make the best of it, and keep up the good fight, some things, like a child are always worth fighting for.

For the troll who sent you through that hell, believe we all reap what we sow sooner or later. As for those who can't judge someone based on things other then social stigma, forget them. They aren't worth knowing, and can't even call themselves religious, not in a real sense. Forgiveness is divine and we all need a little of that from time to time.

Just a few legal notes from some of the posts: Most orders such as TRO's, writs, etc.. must be served upon the subject before they can be enforced. In most states a judgment is not standing until after 30 days it was issued. Not all lawyers are created equal.

My local event is scheduled for may 30th. I basically won.

How you ask ?

Yesterday after 3 hours in court, the judge awarded me my visitation back to my daughter.

I'm to see her on the 30th. Its been 2 years. No contact, no letters , nothing.

This has been the longest fight of my life, its still not over yet, but its a step in the right direction.

Maybe I can teach her this game and we can get to go to the next event together, either way it's

A victory for me.
