[Question] Can two evasive maneuvers be use in conjuction in order to provide a +4 to the reroll?
[House Rule] When a Vice President receives the presidency, that player then chooses a new Vice President.
What do you guys think of this house rule?
One Rule Question, One House rule...
Rule: No, it is only one card per die roll. However, you could keep rerolling the die as long as you have EM's in order to keep trying to get the lower number.
Ok, thanks for the clarification. When we first played this card, we didn't even see the reroll function on it. In our eyes it was just "Add two to a manned viper roll"

The problem is that with that house rule 2 players can get a lock on the presidency. Each one just always gives the VP position to the other each time one is administered into office.
If you want an interesting option that keeps it in play, I'd suggest that when the person uses the administration action to name a new president, they can also name a player to get the VP card.
I like it as is, where you end up with a permanent-ish VP. It also matches up with parts of the series. If only the VP had any actual power....

QFT
You can make a house-ruled Vice-presidential power (and share it with the rest of us).
We simply discard the "Vice-President" card, once the vice president becomes president, this works quite well.
