TCW goldmine

Makes me sad :(

“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”

― Dr. Seuss

That sure is a bummer.

I know some people didn't like TCW for whatever reason, but I sure did enjoy them for what they were.

I'm happy with how it ended, and with the new show coming.

Just reading that makes me think that they wanted to explain more then what they left with. Which would have been cool to see where they wanted to go.

I'm paraphrasing Dave Filoni here, but the gist of what he said was this:

"I know what those stories are... and if I can find a way to work 'em in, I will!"

Hopeful. :)

I really would have loved to see where Ahsoka went. However, while it's a shame it didn't happen, there is no reason but to be really optimistic. We are on the verge of what I think will be a Star Wars decade. These 3 new movies and the 3 in between movies they are talking about are going to really going to propel the whole universe forward in a huge way. We are going to have Star Wars coming out our ears and I can't wait.

And only two of the mentioned arcs might be of any interest to me, and those are iffy. Honestly given that I was liking the show less and less each season I'm glad it ended while they were still doing at least one arc a season that was of interest to me. So much wasted potential because the writers decided allowing sidestory arcs like Mortis, Maul, and the Yoda arc from season six outnumber the arcs focusing on the battles, and the political maneuvering to set up the Empire's rise.
