Spend 1 Energy from this card to Attack.

How does this card get energy? does it start with it? Or do you have to pass it from the Huge Ship Supply that earned by moving?

I'm assuming ships start with 0 energy, because the rules don't say otherwise.

So turn 1, you have 0 energy, and set your dial to what ever maneuver you wish to make. Part of the maneuver is how much energy you get. Once you've revealed your dial and made the maneuver you gain X energy.

Lets say you gain 3. You then put 3 energy tokens on the ships card.

Then during the Allocate Energy phase, you can take those 3 tokens and put X number of them on any card that can hold them.

So in you case you take 2 tokens from the Aft CR-90 card and put them on the the Quad Laser Cannon card. Since that card has a pink 2 on it, that means 2 is the most you can put on it. That means you're left with 1 energy on the aft card.

Energy doesn't go away at the end of the turn, so you have those 2 energy until you spend them.

At some point you shoot at something with those guns, lets assume you hit so you can't take a second shot. You now have 1 energy left, so next turn you can put 1 more on it, bringing it back to it's max of 2.

This is how it works for any card with a pink # on it, it can hold up to that many energy tokens.

Huge ships get energy when they move

There is a new step. Between the clean up, and action phase huge ships have 3 additional steps.

Get energy. This is based off your movement dial.

Allocate evergy. So any energy you have you allocate it to certain abilities. Laser cannon for example

Spend energy. Some upgrades you can use by spending energy. This is the time to do it.

Then you take your action

Now the weapons that you mention, have the attack header, which means you can only do it when attacking.

If you allocated the energy to the weapon, you can do it. You can fire multiple weapons in the same round.

So you could fire the quad laser canons, then the single. In one attack round.

So long as your in the proper range, have the energy and etc
