What size table do you play the campaign on ?

The last mission with 3transports it says 6*3 but what about the others?

I think it was 3x3 according to the rule book. I played the entire campaign on a 3x3 and it worked fine!

3x3 is what's used for most of the missions. The transport isn't as huge as you think, and it moves super slow.

This is correct. H1 - H3 are played on a 3x3. The Transport also comes with Mission 8 which requires multiple Transports and a 6x3 play area.
