I'm expanding my rebel fleet because my friends complain about their options when they borrow my rebels since most of my money is paid to the emperor.

I currently have-

1 core x-wing

1 Y wing

1 falcon

And I have an e-wing on pre-order (mainly for the flechette torpedoes for my imperials)

So I understand my friends complaints. I also know that some ships fly better in pairs. But right now I can only afford 1 new ship.

So I'm thinking about leaning towards a simple x-wing jugs because of what I have and the Benefit adding only 1 ship will help. (Well I guess 2 once the e-wing comes.)

For Rebels, your friends would benefit most from either the X-Wing Expansion (adds Wedge and Garven) or some B-Wings.

A B-wing should be your next purchase. Hard not to love them, unless you're playing against them...

Since I am going to have to play against it, I am tempted to get an a-wing. But I'll probably wait until rebel aces and stick with something balanced here. That's what ended up doing with interceptors.

If you are trying to improve the Rebels I'd say the X-Wing expansion.

Now if you want to 'help' the Rebel side while also boosting your Imperials I'd say:

1. Second Core Set: Admittedly more pricy but it gets the second X-Wing while also getting you two more T/F.

2. A-Wing: PtL for any Interceptors you may have plus some more missiles.

3. B-Wing: A Shuttle may like to steal the Fire Control System and it brings more ordnance choices.

I also considering canceling my e-wing order and just getting a transport instead of an e and something else. That way I still get another rebel ship and flechette torpedoes. Plus a huge ship

Go for the X-Wing: 2 new pilots, R5-K6, R5 Astro, and Expert Handling. Should give them some more options. Of course it also depends on how may Imperial ships YOU have to choose from. What's your fleet look like?

B-wing. They provide a bit more variety than any other option. Also gives you one to practice against!

And if you want a good suport you need the HWK-290, is very weak, but boost your ships a lot, greettings.
