List help - Phantom / Tie/int

So i am considering a list similar to this and was just looking to try and get a few tips or suggestions from people on here as to what i could change.
Currently i am running;
Soontir, PTL

Turr, PTL
Vader, Engine upgrade, Daredevil, Concussion Missiles
98 Points
but when the phantom comes out i am thinking to swap out into something like this;
Soontir, PTL, Stealth Device

Turr, PTL

Echo (phantom) , VI, Enhanced Stealth Device, Fire-control system

T otal 98 points.

Any suggestions for either list would be greatly appreciated.

Take out either the Stealth Device or FCS and put Targeting Computers on both Interceptors.

Thats actually a pretty good idea.. i am going to give that a test spin.. replacing the Stealth device for 2x Targeting Computers tacking it up to 99 points.. thanks mate.
