Well I'm all set for my first tourney tomorrow, list is finalised, not going to say what I'm going with as everybody has different opinions.

I went to my first one hoping to enjoy some chat with other adults, I did find some but also found that the social skills of some players is akin to a main whose entire social skill basis is Jeremy Kyle!

View it as a learning experience.

Run something you're comfortable flying, it may not be the most competitive but you'll be able to control it.

1. place ur asteroids with a purpose in mind - its a very underrated part of the game. Generally speaking, imperials are bothered by a dense asteroid field, rebels have slower ships and can operate more easily close to and even inside a dense asteroid field (360 turret weapons are a good example of this)
