This weekend is my first tournament since HAP was released and I am debating between bringing 2 new identities or two decks I am more comfortable with. (or 1 and 1)

Do you normally playtest much before trying new identities competitively?

I brought in a silhouette deck. Why not? It may be untested but on the flip side -- the other players won't know what you're bringing.

I always try and do some testing before a tournament, both to know how to get the most from my deck and to make tweaks to improve it. Sadly I had no time to test H&P IDs before regionals, but I've had a couple of games today with Tennin and Stirling, and I'm pleased to say both decks performed well. Will be very pleased to keep playing with them and seeing what I can do to improve on them.
