I've got into X-wing recently and with a lack of opponents locally have signed up to a couple of tournaments, one in a few weeks time. With said lack of opponents I will have very little, if any, 100pt games to figure out what I like. As such I thought I'd run a couple of lists by you guys.

I was thinking something like either

Horton Dutch and a Rookie loaded with Ion turrets and proton torpedoes. Pretty straight forward so as not to have to learn any tricks.

Biggs Dutch and a Dagger. I like Ys and he can give the Dagger TL to dish out the damage while Biggs takes the heat.

Imperial mini swarm with a Bomber and an Interceptor.

Perhaps a listing of what ships/packs you have would help us better to understand any limiting factors you may have?
