Winnipeg, MB: Star Wars X Wing Regional Championship

GameKnight Games and Cool Stuff in Winnipeg, MB, is proud to host one of only FIVE Canadian Regional Championships for the Star Wars X Wing miniatures game. Our tournament has been slotted in for June 15th, 2014, starting at 10:00 am. It will be a Swiss round tournament with a Play Off at the end to determine a final victor.

We invite anyone in the area, including our American brethren, to come out to our fair city and participate in this grand tournament! We here we might even have a visit from Darth Vader himself!

Finally finalized a space that can accommodate a good number of people for our X Wing Regionals on June 15th. We'll be holding the tournament at the Piazza De Nardi, at 1360 Taylor Avenue, above the Boutique Del Vino. It is a beautiful space, and food will be available for purchase! We're very excited to use this space for the first time.

Ok, so here's the low down. Due to some unforeseen complications, the location at the Piazza Di Nardi is not available for us to use. This is unfortunate, but we will carry on. This tournament will happen. We are going to hold the tournament right here at GameKnight Games, we're going to build some custom 3' x 3' space surfaces for people to play on, and we've got some backup plans in case of an extraordinary turnout. There will be no capacity limit to this tournament, so bring out all of your friends and join us!

We are committed to bringing you all the best event we can manage, and we will continue to work on making that happen. We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to seeing all of you out!
