Squad help

i am new to the game and I currently own 2)x-wings 1)B-wing 1)HWK and 1) millennium falcon and i cant seem to get by my brothers and the variety of ties they field. besides investing in more ships what you suggest i do to maybe win a game once and awhile.

FFG should be ashamed of themselves for not including Ad. Sensors with the Rebel Aces.
