Don't remember where off-hand but it's a 1:10 ratio. One point of vehicle is 10 of presonal and vice versa.

Generally enough to turn them into goo. Or at least render them comatose for a good long while.
It's spelled out in more detail on page 224 in the sidebar "Starships, Vehicles, and Scale," It cites the conversion rate that Kalrunnor mentioned (1 point of starship/vehicle damage equals 10 points of character scale damage), with an added note that the GM should feel free to add a +50 bonus to resulting critical injury roll to reflect the sheer amount of damage taken by the poor schmuck.
Keep in mind that weapon difficulty is not based on ranges but on the size of the ship and the target, so it's a bit harder to shoot a person with a vehicle's weapon.
The title of this thread is a little misleading. There are a number of weapons that utilize the gunnery skill that do personal scale damage, such as the Heavy Repeating Blaster.

Just for those that missed it the first half dozen times (or are new here), planetary weapons on Silhouette 2 vehicles (like speeder bikes and AT-PT walkers) will kill characters (PCs or otherwise) DEAD. The difficulty to hit at almost any range (planetary Close > personal Extreme) is fairly easy to accomplish. Its also a joke that an Auto-Blaster costs half what a HRB does and is perfectly legal.
