So I'm bad at wrting these things, and I barley remember what happed already because of my fantastic memory. So some highlights:

- Most Importantly - I won
- No one ran a single Feline spike, the general consensus on the card was Bleh
- Night breaker is good, but apparently Minuete Dance is harder to get cause everyone wants a set
- A fair amount of people want Ivy to be tourney caliber
- Masic cant check more than a 2
- Even in the face of Anti CC Hax, CC Hax still rules hardcore
- Swiss curse lives on

So thoes are the keypoint anyways. I honestly only remember getting home at 4 am now affter like a 3 hour commute back home, every thing else is blurry. I know I lost to Batistas Nagase in Swiss making him the swiss champ, only to have to beat him in top cuts. I had to play Masic in the finals with his chun li deck after having beaten him in swiss. He blames his rolls, Im almost inclined to agree, save for the fact that my deck really punished a player for getting a bad start.

Ill post my deck later, it was FIre Akuma without all the card everyone is screaming are broken. Just some of them.

Wait what there was a regional this weekend? Would be nice too see the top 8 Fred.

The NJ event only had top 4 because of time restraints and diversity and people dropping. top 4 was:

It was held at Dark Tower over the weekend, and we only had 10 people show up for it. I actually posted a couple reminders too, so I was hoping for a bigger turnout, but it wasnt bad compared to the normal turnout we get down there. (Hah, I didnt realise that was you Protoaddict...I recognise your face and the icon you use here, but didnt place your real name with it. We held a top 4 final cut after 3 rounds of Swiss (I wanted a 4th round of Swiss, myself)

Top 4 was:

Akuma - Protoaddict
Chun LI - Masic in second.
Nagase - Adrian Bautista
Astrid - Steven Shaffer (My brother

Meh, it's a somewhat remote store (from NYC) and it was on top of other local event that players decided to go to instead. ON top of that it was same day as another regional I believe.

In any event im sure Kings Game regional will have a fantastic showing

From what I understand so far, the Canadians, Rochester folk, all the NYC crew, and Team Tapout will be in attendance. Not entirely sure on the Canadains, the rest of team MONY and anyone else I'm not so sure on as well. But, considering how NYC is more or less the big UFS zone, I suspect a crowd of 50+ (We had about that much last year, I would expect nothing less.)

Congrats Fred, on a sidenote, I am not sure if we are going to the NYC regionals as it falls 1 week after canadian nationals, really bad timing (blame omar) And I am not sure if the rochester guys are coming to the ECC seeing as none of your crew made a showing at thier regionals.

I'm about 100% sure you can cross the Rochester crew off that list. We have enough saved for canadian nats and thats it. NYC is a long way to go for foily light hearteds and life counters.

considering it's pretty much right after Anime North, the half of our crew that works probably won't be able to get off two weekends in a row (I know I wouldn't) and the other half that doesn't work is too broke to go >_<
