Recommend you give Fel and Jax PTL.

highest available PS and (arguably) best abilities. push the limit because it still feels like the best interceptor EPT, (and is a more obvious fit for soontir, focus+focus+evade beats one action + rerolling attack die in my book, and boost+roll is the best maneuver combo. Shield for the extra HP. just so happens to be 99 points which can work for the new initiative bid, or drop a shield for a hull upgrade and put targeting computer on Soontir if you like.
i've found in the last 2 months since aces came out that you get more mileage out of Stealth device than you would out of Hull or Shield upgrade, however you really need make sure you don't take focused fire by more than 2 ships and don't joust with them. twice now i've ended the game with an untouched squint, and when it's one on one having 4 agility dice is practically impossible to hit
I would caution against putting a Targeting computer on Kir Kanos, his actions should almost always be Evade (for defense or his bonus ability)Focus (for Defensive reasons or offense at range 1) or boost/barrel roll to maneuver out of arcs/away from asteroids
Definitely put PtL on everyone. Try this one out for size:
Fel + PtL + SD + TC
Jax + PtL + SD + HU
Kanos + SD + HU
I fly like this build, but i've replaced Hull with Targetting. I roll 3 dice and then re-roll
I am currently trying to come up with a nice 4 interceptor build, the trick is getting the cheaper pilots to work out the way I like. am also looking forward to some of the new EPTs in Wave 4. Outmanuever will be fun for interceptors, as well as Predator(better than PTL will be debatable of course but who knows) and Wingman on Sabers will be amazing for paring with higher PS PTL Interceptors
Three interceptors just feels to squishy for my personal preference but fitting 4 Interceptors makes me feel like some of them are "naked"

Concerning the OP build, I would switch Kanos with Lorrir, give PtL to Jax and Fel, and replace the Hull upgrade on Fel for a Targeting Computer. 99pts to help you win initiative choice, which I would give to my opponent so I move after. I'll need to give him anthoer chance, but Kanos ability never really paid up. With PS6, he's usually shooting before some of my opponents so I tend to keep the evade for defense in case a defense roll goes wrong.

You cannot take the same action twice in a round. With Fell I suggest you Evade and Focus (and get a second Focus from his ability - this works as you aren't taking the action again) or TL and Evade to get teh free Focus from his ability.
Frankly, you need more ships. The only 3 ship imperial lists in the current meta that are viable have 2 or more bounty hunters in them.
