Just finished a game with a friend of mine.

Was a very close game.

He ran

3 Omnicron pilots

2 w/ gunner, engine boost, and advance sensors

1 w/ vader, gunner, engine boost

I was flying

Biggs

R2-f2

Stealth device

Ibtisam

Sensor jammer

Elusiveness

Opportunist

Moldy crow

Was a very close game.

Biggs took a beating early on, but also defended quite well, with the help from Kyles support from passing focus tokens.

Biggs kept the heat off the hwk, and b wing for at least 2-3 turns.

I focused fire on the shuttle with vader to get him out of the way as quickly as possible, but sensor jammer was a good defense and kept a couple hits away

The shuttle with vader did a lot of dmg to biggs. Having gunner he was able get 2 crits through, but that did 4 dmg to himself. As sick as that is, having 4 dmg dealt to himself really hurts. (that is the point in vader)

I managed to get biggs out of the fight cause he only had 1 hp left. Managed to kill the shuttle with vader, which left the 2 other shuttles, and my hawk and b wing had to deal with them.

In the end it came down to biggs and his last shuttle with 7 hp. I managed to keep biggs or of range/firing arch , or at one point took a Gamble and did a 4 straight and managed to crash into him, keeping him alive for another round.

In the end he flew off the board, but just barely, but at this point biggs was going to do a k turn and be directly behind him regardless.

It was a tough game, but with luck on rolls and also both of us being tired (one time I did a4 straight with biggs, and meant to do AK turn.

Flying against 3 shuttles is hard, but also hard to fly. I think we both did an excellent job.

The funny thing was, in the end the only ship to survive was biggs, with one hp left, which was quite surprising.

I felt like i should have unlocked an achievement (biggs lives through an entire game 20pts)

BIGGS SURVIVES +25 points on your next squad.

Yea it's one thing to still have Biggs left at the end of the game, it's another thing entirely to have him be the ONLY ship left at the end of the game.

Actually got a good laugh out of it. Was rather hard to believe.

Having biggs survive as the only ship left is quite ironic indeed, thanks for sharing the report! =)

I have been using biggs heavily in the last year playing. I think I've only had him survive once though there was another x alive.

Granted is only flying 3 ships and my friend was flying 3 shuttles. It was a very good game.
