I got a question aboy=ut the Midnight expansion, why is it out of stock? Will there be any reprints of it? Or I must get my copy form e-bay or something like this?

I don't know the story, but I own a box of Runebound Midnight and I'll try to figure it out.
Midnight is a very radical expansion to Runebound that gives an entire new Character to the game. The most important feature is that a player must play the Night King, a sort of evil mastermind that terrorizes the land and tries to stop heroes from breaking his domain. Not only: game is very harsh for players, they don't have the usual access to Market and Cities, they're pursued by the Night King's Patrols and must rely on barter to purchase Items.
Midnight provides 8 new Heroes, which are very very different from standard Runebound characters. They have been devised for this expansion only and most of them are not usable with the base game (poor stats, less handy abilities, etc...), because Midnight's core rules are peculiar; it's a shame, because the miniatures are really cool, perhaps the best ones I've ever seen in a Runebound box (Gyruk Kinslayer is awesome!)
But if you want to experience cooperation between players, if you don't mind playing an Overlord-like role (Descent Road to Legend has something in common with this expansion), if you like Midnight roleplay setting, then Midnight is an expansion worth seeking.
Your search should focus on E-bay and online retailers. Many still have copies of this expansion, for example, I bought it from an Italian E-bay store (I'm Italian). FFG is not planning a reprint of Midnight; it looks like this expansion has been removed entirely due to its limited success. Many people say it was too much of a change, but if you like game variety go for it (if you can find it).
Ebay is the way to go if you want to get this expansion. I'm pessimistic (and realistic) that FFG will reprint this bad boy, due to what I heard was an unpopular reinterpretation of Runebound (think bad cover of a great song). I want to get one, but I have to do my own leg work. This and Through the Desert, but that will probably get reprinted, as it is popular with the board game crowd. It's a matter of when it will be reprinted. (sigh)
