I just wanted to give a public shout out to the guys over at Applied Perspective, specifically Adam.
I ordered some templates and other assorted goodies about a week ago, and the USPS completely obliterated the packing material, losing all of the product, which meant that I received an empty cardboard tube which was nearly cut in half.
Obviously, I was sad panda over the loss, and having had poor experiences with these types of situations in the past, I contact Applied Perspective with my fingers crossed.
Not only did I receive an email back within about 10 minutes, but Adam rectified the problem immediately, dropped me a new package and refused to allow me to pay part of the second invoice (I offered to cover part of it because the package was First Class which means no insurance).
Adam was professional, prompt and supremely helpful in the matter.
It's nice to run into someone who puts customer service first and cares about his customers.
Not only have they earned my repeat business, but hopefully this recommendation will earn them some business from those who frequent these forums.
