Watching the NFL draft and was thinking about what my first xwing pick would be. What ship, upgrades included?

I'd pick: Luke skywalker, ptl, r2-d2, proton torps.

Kyle Katarn. Recon Spec, Moldy Crow, and Blaster Turret/Ion depending on list.

Dagger Squadron B-wing with ADV Sensors.

I love the X-wings a whole lot more, but the unnamed B-wings are great utility players.

For an Imperial list I would choose Turr Phennir with PtL and SD. The guy is just so slippery as long as you can avoid jousting or higher skilled pilots (or both).

DeShaun Jackson in an Interceptor. Can't hit him. (I had to, sorry.)

You have to draft Wedge Antilles first overall, he will be a guaranteed Hall of Famer. No one will have more kills over an extended period of time.

With the exception of Bo Jackson in an X-wing because, you know, Bo KNOWS X-wing.

Soontir Fel with PTL and stealth device.

Chewie with draw their fire.

Major Rhymer fully loaded with ordinance. He may not be the best pilot, but THINGS GONNA GO BOOM.

I'm a fan of Chewie, with a gunner and Expert Handeling. Add others to taste but those three are almost cheating.

This is great because at mlgs we are doing a summer league where you draft pilots and can only use the pilots you draft.
