How to handle it?

Usually our tech-priest acts more like a Vorlon than anything else. It would go like this...

Chief Engineer Gershwin, did you ever figure out why we had that odd spike in Tech Priest accidents and deaths of the last year and a half?"

"Perhaps..." (Then disappear in a cloud of swirling servo-skulls as he backs away slowly)

The Arch heretek has a talent called Luminen Desecration which generates a violent techsorcism. This attack isn't blocked by fields or protective devices and shuts down technological devices, including bionic systems.

Creating a room on the ship which constantly pulses with this sort of energy would make a safe room that no Explorator (they use those implants to breathe), servo skull or servator can enter.

Sure it isn't going to be quick or easy but a safe room like that could be sold to the Rogue Trader/seneschall as a way to make plans that can't possibly be overheard by anyone not in the room. Especially if it is also hexigramatically warded.

As a Navis Scion this room could perhaps be where you take an Astropath (assuming it isn't warded) in order to contact your navigator house.

We have begun constructing a room made of wraithbone for the explicit purpose of shielding the people inside from any psychic attacks. Think of it like warding+, I don't think it would be difficult to also get something to shield against listening devices in there too.

Shielding against listening devices is one thing but sheilding against cybernetics and all but the most basic technology will really ramp up the paranoia.

I wonder what Wraithbone looks like to the Navigator's warp eye. It is crystalized psychic energy after all. While a navigator probably can't shape it without a psy rating they could potentially leave messages or runes hidden in in wraithbone that only astropaths or navigators could read.

My Navis Scion perceives the warp as a great ocean coral reef. The astronomican is the sun above surface of the water and there is all kinds of "life" swimming around us all the time. I've never looked at wraithbone with my warp eye though...might be a fun experiment!
