Help With a Reb Build

I usually dont runt run 3 ship builds but when i unpacked my new transport this list seemed intriguing. what do you think?

The alpha attack seems killer: wes attacks strips a token. Wedge uses opportunist and his ability to hit hard. then horton cleans up with a proton torp. after that If horton becomes the target then the wes/wedge synergy is potent. if they go after one of either wes or wedge horton still has some punch and the overall build doesnt break down.

thoughts???

The idea of a Y-wing without a turret in a three ship build worries me. I would rework the build to get an ion turret on Horton.

Personally I'd choose Deadeye over Determination, you'll keep yourself much more flexible when firing those torpedoes at a target of opportunity.

The ion cannon is pretty worthwhile on the Y-Wing, especially since you're only flying the three ships and don't have any boost actions to play around with movement. Although I like Horton very much, I'd be willing to downgrade to Dutch for the sake of this build. Otherwise, sacrifice one or more of those torpedoes.

seems like a turet on horton doesnt completely take advantage of his pilot skill since a turrent doesnt work at range three. i suppose i could drop the EPT and one proton and give everyone a flachette???

i could also give horton two flachettes and the proton to wedge so that he fires 5 dice with his ability....oooo me likey

But it does work at R2, and you'll find yourself shooting at R2 a lot.

Dutch and his TL handouts might be the better choice for this build though.
