Would those Frequency Jammers stack? So if I took a Jam action, would I be doing the following?

Jam one ship at RB1-3, give it two stress, then choose three enemy ships not in rb1 of the jammed ship, and give each them all one stress?

Seems legal to me.

Yeah, you have to be careful of Limited. It can sneak up on you.

Now, I should point out that Comms Booster is not Limited. You have have three of those. And since they are Energy cards, you can use them all in a round. Put that on Bright Hope, you can reinforce your front to get two evades, then spend three energy to remove stress from three ships and give them focus.
