I'm looking for someone that bought multiples of the transport who'd be willing to trade the almighty dollar or two for the surplus x wing pilot cards, base template things and the upgrade cards. Not even sure this is the right place for that.

I've come to the conclusion that I will never use the transport, but I'd certainly use the x wing related stuff in the transport pack.

I've found the asking price for individuals cards and ship tokens is more then most are willing to pay. You'd be better off including you price to generate interest.

I think your biggest problem will be the upgrade cards as in this game, multiples of those are very useful and usually fetch premium prices. The actual pilots are really just how much people want to recoup from their transport.

You might be better off just ordering a Transport from somewhere like MM at the $41.79 I think they were charging....

There's really only 2 kinds of upgrades in the Transport pack. Transport upgrades and Astromechs.

All the Astromech's are unique so you don't need more then 1 of each, maybe 2 of each if you're providing ships for both sides and play mirror matches.

If you don't have a transport there's little need of the upgrades from that.

Seller has the x-wing and the cards/templates/upgrades on ebay for 34.95... If that's the case I'd just go with EnglishPete's idea from MiniatureMarket for $41 bucks

Yeah but you can get those with the E-Wing as well... So I didn't mention them.

Gotta agree with most people here, it's a seller's market on those x-wing components. You're going to either pay double for a few cards/upgrades/cardboard or pay maybe 30% more than that to get the whole product, unless you know someone who really wants another transport and not another x-wing- unlikely, since Epic mode increases the number of ships you're fielding.

I bought one for me and had to go back and get a second for my son. But on the plus side, I get to keep all the cards and can borrow his GR75 from time to time if needed.

I purchased 3 transports and would not want to part with the extra pilot cards. I have enough to run mirror matches on my home table with 2 sets and the 3rd set has been sealed away as backup cards if something happens to the cards I game with. I would agree it is a sellers market on Ebay. I have purchased and watched X-wing items on Ebay for the past 4 months. You will not be disappointed and I would also recommend just paying the $41.00~ and buying the whole transport.

I bought two. I could part with the 4 x-wing pilots, and the 4 astromechs. A couple bucks for shipping is all I will need.

Or buy the pack and sell everything but the x-wing, pilot cards and astromechs. That'd surely work out cheapest option.

Glad you understand. I wrote that, and instantly realized it may seem like an attack on you, and that was unintentional. No offense intended.

On the flipside...if anyone buys a set for the xwing and has a spare transport + cards, I'd be interested. I'd really like to have one for a few big games and to show off in my office.

I also have the three pilots that come with the transport. They say large ship only, which means they can be used with the tantive IV. If anyone's interested let me know.

Flechettes are in Wave 4 too so I'd guess they take back seat to the transport unique astromechs and pilots.
