I live in Korea near a Board game cafe and the owner and I play Netrunner a lot together.
We have been using my regular Netrunner cards but were interested in trying the new Draft packs out and are wanting to set up some games to get more people into it.

How can the runner and corp draft packs be reused?

From my understanding each pack is randomized but has a certain amount of each type of card in them and they are ordered in particular way so that's why I am asking how they would be reused? I am new myself to the whole draft mechanic in CCGs or LCGs so I don't know how it all works.

People in the area don't know enough about the game to buy the cards and play at her cafe but were thinking a draft might be a way of getting people into it.

It's difficult to reuse the draft packs. The draft packs come with 40 cards but they are pre-arranged in pods of 10. So you would have to mark each 10 cards in the draft pack if you wanted to re-use them. Also you'd have the issue of knowing what's in the draft and therefore being able to make the decision of which cards are the best easier so that would be a problem for the draft

Right, the Corp and Runner packs are not meant to be reused; however there are those who have been recording the contents in order to put it back in the box like it was beforehand. It's kind of a bad idea like Frybender said; I did one draft event where the store wanted to use "store copies" of draft packs and thankfully they were virgin at the time. If I ever went back there it would be a very different strategy: knowing that the only good fracter was one copy each of Battering Ram and Corroder; that there was not a SanSan City Grid in any of them; that there were dozens of tag-dispensing cards but no Psychographics.
