Most of the URs this set are overpriced on CoolStuff. You're better off buying a box than a single Raging Gnome/Knight Breaker/Menuett Dance.
Is raging gnome really that good?

I actually think menuett dance is the only one near deserving of its price, that card is a beast I'm so happy I have my set

True.
Or wait until Set 13 when prices stabilize.
I generally scour CoolStuff two sets late. You get a LOT of bargains, and power cards generally remain power cards.
I like to watch it like a hawk (ALERTNESS) right as they put up the new stuff. Get in fast and you can find some great deals. I grabbed a pair of Knight Breakers for a tasty 15 apiece, and Menuett/Vibrato for about that much.
But waiting a while for things to stabilize is also very smart, in the case of things that don't deserve retardedly high price tag (Twilight Embrace, Earth Divide 2.0, etc).

Personally... if the UR is <$4, I'll buy it because it's the same price or cheaper then buying a booster. After that I'll trade for it.
It's great when you can get stuff like Self Confidence the key card behind a deck for $1.99
Yeah when the prices FIRST went up they had Controller of Souls for 6 Dollars, Gnomes for 6 Dollars, Vibrato for 8, Breaker for 12, etc etc. Basically what Collstuff does is that they put up 2 of each UR and see which sell that fastest. Then they jack up the price when they REALLY stock.

Ah was it? couldn't quite remember...would have boguth them out of most of the SR if I hadn't been dead broke =/
Razor's Bite (common) is better than Raging Gnome.
I only have two Raging Gnomes in Ivy, and rarely every draw them. But when that Razor's Bite gets to my hand, it's pretty much almost over.
Seriously, no one has paid attention to it... If this 3 diff, 3 control (+2M), 4L2 deals damage, you play with the top card of your deck revealed for the rest of this turn.
Flip the card... is it an attack? Did your attack just deal damage? Respond with Ivy, keep it going.
Or in my Algol deck. 'Well, I need good checks... Razor's Bite. What's the next card, an attack? Draw it with Algol's support. Play an attack. What's the next check, an attack? Lord of the Makai it into momentum, Body of Souls it to hand."
I really think the card is over hyped right now ans I am trading or selling them as soon as i get them since there going for 20 plus . Honestly there only good in ivy other then that I cant see myself using it .
I have actually found a very strong use for Gnome outside of Ivy. Sadly i dont think thats why other people are picking it up right now and it prevents me from getting it because of the price tag on top of it.

Razor's Bite is also pretty phenomenal in the new Cervantes.
