Running And Charging

I know that running and chargeing add a minus 20 two an enemys ballistic skill. I also know that Dark heresy is a turn based game, so if i charge or run during my turn and then i stop during that same turn.(ex. I attack someone or I hit a wall) How would that be a minus 20 tow the enemys if im alreay done moving? I am Vry cunfused.

You receive the -20 until your next turn begins, simulating the fact that combat is simultaneous.

And there's another one for the Errata (unless it's already been covered but I missed it in all that text...). When will it end, when?! llorando.gif

Granted, the description of Hard Target states that the talent gives all opponents a -20 to their BS tests against a character with Hard Target if the character is running or charging. On pg. 192 under Run (full action) it states that when a character is running, all opponents suffer a -20 to their BS to his said character. Since it is assumed that other bonuses and penalties apply to that -20, such as a further -10 for long range if the target is at long range etc, then perhaps the -20 from Hard Target stacks with the natural -20 from a full action run making it a default -40 to his such a character...

Or, the wording in the Hard Target description is incorrect - when will it end gui%C3%B1o.gif - and it means to say that the talent gives you that -20 penalty to be hit when charging, just as if you were running.
