I won't debate politics here but last year I paid $30K in taxes, meanwhile others paid little or nothing in and received not only everything they paid in but received a check back for $5K-$7K from the IRS. That is wrong no matter how you want to excuse it away.

it's people that think such as yourself that have led to the wage gaps that are growing ever farther apart and at an astronomical rate

if you payed 30k in taxes that means your making a lot more than the average joe and can live a much healthier and better lifestyle than those paying little to no taxes

why should they suffer because of their position in life while you, whom already has a well paying job can reap even more benefits?

this logic of thinking has led to law changes that give the wealthiest of people the best tax breaks when they can easily afford to pay them anyways while the bottom of society (the lower working class that allows higher ups to earn higher wages) get screwed; can't afford to own their own homes and work 2 or more jobs just to support their families; probably can't even afford to retire.. and yet you want them to be taxed more because it would be... fair? give me a break

Your Canadian analysis of our US taxation system is likewise out of place as would my commentary on Canadian affairs would be. But for the record, I grew up in a working class home with 16 kids! I have no ivy league degree or even a degree from a community college. This army veteran has paid his dues as a day laborer when I had to feed my family and yes I may make a nice living now but I **** well earned every bit of it through hard work and sacrifice. Nobody ever gave me a dime and I darn sure didn't receive any from the government. And I dont take kindly to being told what I owe someone else.

So far I have heard both the 23rd and 28th/29th. It really doesn't matter if it is this month, great. I doubt FFG did it but it would be nice to have the CR90 available for both factions. CR90's were also in Imperial service as I understand it.

My buddy stopped by B&N yesterday looking for Wave 4 ships, LOL. I told him he was dreaming, B&N cannot release what they don't even have! Nice try though.

I'm curious about the impact on Regionals. Obviously they rushed to get the Transport out on the "30th" (even though lots of places didn't have it by then) so they could make the X wing pilots legal for Regionals. But with this dropping in the middle, do you think we'll see a ban list of the new crew cards (and anything else that could be used in regular play)?

I kinda have a feeling FFG will ban the Tantive IV upgrade cards and all of Wave 4 for Regionals, then make them legal for Nationals. It does seem like the Transport was rushed to market so it would be out just prior to Regionals starting so as to be somewhat fair.

Not to be critical of the admin staff, but I'm pretty sure they don't even pay attention then. At least, not until recently. A few weeks back I was being harassed relentlessly by one specific poster, and I reported every single one of his posts. I accompanied those reports with several private messages to the admins responsible for this particular board. A week went by, the harassment continued, and my private messages went unread (it tells you the status of the private message). Finally, I sent out even more private messages to admins outside of this forum, and one of them responded. I won't pretend to be friends with him, but I feel like I have an open line of communication, and it has restored my faith in the moderation staff. That open line may have generated a stricter scrutiny in the goings on of our beloved X-Wing forum, and I think we're all the better for it.

The new cards/pilots are legal as soon as they hit the streets now. We saw some new stuff in regionals already.
