Numbers

So, on a lighter note, I'm curious. What are your favorite numbers to put on your identical generics?

As a huge fan of The Venture Brothers I can't help but put 21 and 24 on the team. After that it's usually 13, 14, 7, and 1. But I love the dialogue I imagine between 21 and 24 as they fly Spaceships.

As a goaltender, I've always been partial to 30,31,32.

16, 17 and 18. The Hanson Brothers. :D

The Rebels are standing up to them! The Imperials are standing up to them! The Black Sun are standing up to them! And blast it, if I could get down there, I'd be standing up to them!

My ships have the ID tokens that came in their expansion on them :P

Whenever I get around to picking it up, the non-SW quote that will precede the firespray's entrance to the board will be, "Ogilthorpe!"

5, 10, 11, 20, 22,30, 33 and the tokens that came with the Firespray (Bounty Hunter) since i got 2 of em...

I always use 3 on Tycho when I run him since he was Green 3 at Endor. Otherwise, I tend to just grab whatever numbers are at the tops of my token box.

I'm boring. I use 1,2,3,4,5...

Love the V. Bros idea and am going to copy you... Now to develop a maneuver I can dub the 'Rusty Venture'... Maybe K turn but bump causing stress and not getting a shot? Into my own guy? Thoughts?

Tie Swarms are almost always 1-7, with Howlrunner being lucky number 7. If I'm flying Rebels, my strongest offensive piece is always 23 for MJ...

Nice thread topic, by the way!

Parking two ships on the same asteroid, back to back.(That has so many innuendos... I feel awful. I'm going to bed.)

Asteroid to asteroid! Asteroid to asteroid! .... And I'm done.

I'm boring, I use 1,2,3,4,5... etc in sequence, assigned to ships in ascending order of PS.

(I claim it helps my play, but I think it's just OCD)

Numbers?

I use the twin blasters ("7"), the BH icons and the 3 arrow ID tokens.

I like the idea someone had of using random numbers just to mess with people's heads, especially with the way this game brings out your inner OCD.

I bring 21 for Clemente, 8 for Stargell, 9 for Mazeroski, 22 for McCurchen, 18 for Andy Van Slyke, 24 for Bonds, 25 for Bonilla. 3 for Jay Bell, 17 for Bob Walk, 28 for Steve Blass.

All of my favorite or famous Pittsburgh Pirates

I played against a guy who did this with his swarm. Something like APs: 2 7 12 17 20 , HR:16, DC:5.

It was super aggravating.

Or perhaps...

I haven't used number tokens in awhile since I have at 2 of every rebel fighter repainted, and in the rare chance that I run 4 of the same, I've used different peg heights to distinguish them. I'm thinking about starting to use them to keep the cardboard base from coming up though.
