I was thinking about this Flechette Torp cause stress on the lower ps ships and mixing with ion seems to be a win-win. What are some thoughts?

Definitely puts the target in a jam if you pull off both. Why only lower PS ships though? That kind of thing is much worse for the elite pilots--particularly ones that stress themselves with PtL and the like.

Just so you know, Cubanboy, the Flechette Torpedo's stress affects ships with a Hull Value of 4 or lower, not Pilot Skill. There was a rumor based off of blurry photographs at one point that its effect was based on Pilot Skill, but this is not the case.
