How about this list with Dutch in

This leaves 7 points

any ideas?

Maybe upgrade the blues to Daggers? and add a advanced sensor

Or maybe just add a HLC?

Add Adv Sens to both B-Wings and R2 droid to Dutch

Would it better to be ps4 tho? Or wont that mater to much?

Upgrade the HWK to Kyle with recon and blaster instead of ion. Dutch giving the TL to Kyle in exchange for a focus.

This is the way I would go.

I'd do this. Sensors are so valuable on B-Wings, and upgrading to Kyle makes him a target

Also blaster turrets are horribly inefficient. They are less horrible with Kyle, but he operates an ion cannon just as well as anyone else.

Personally, I like Blues with advanced sensors over daggers. PS 4 might come into play, it might not. Depends on what you face. Advanced sensors come into play multiple times every game.

Well I looking at the X-wing and B-wing dial, and I see why I struggle to fly the b-wing! lol

My issue with all of these lists is that you really want your ICT to be shooting last. I've been using Dutch rather extensively for the past... 4 months or so, and I've finally decided to pull him out of most of my lists. Given, it's also meta dependent... But an 3TL vs. 3F only has about a 47% of succeeding. And more than likely if it does it doesn't strip the token anyways. With Dutch firing at PS6 ahead of everyone else, he'll rarely be able to connect against TIEs, which means his main use is handing out a free TL, which is nice and everything, but not awesome, especially at 28 points.

Instead, I've started to gravitate back towards Gold squadron pilots. They don't hand out a free TL, but they're 5 points cheaper (so you could equip someone with PTL to get that extra TL if you want). Furthermore, is is less of a target than Dutch, and the ICT is more powerful later in the game when it's taking out 1 of the 2 remaining ships out of the game, instead of 1 of the 4-7 remaining ships. And now that the enemy has been stripped of tokens, i have more like a 75% of ionizing my target.

To use Dutch effectively requires people to shoot before him. Perhaps try the following:

Luke w/ ST

Dutch w/ ICT

Rookie

Rookie

This way you have 2 ships shooting at PS8 before Dutch, capable of stripping the tokens on an evasive ship, and your ST is on the most defensive guy it can be on, so they can choose to shoot him first to kill the ST, or shoot someone easier to kill. Most people would probably target Dutch first, but that leaves you at 8 8 2, which isn't a bad thing to be shooting at for the mid game, especially if you can make use of the 2 2 8 moving to block a few folks.

Garven is also PS 6, and can shoot before Dutch if he chooses. And why wouldn't he. Shoot with Garven to strip tokens, pass the focus to Dutch who ions the ship with a focus and a TL. Right?

This. I ran Dutch with ict, garven and two blues in a couple of store championships and garven always got railed early. Sometimes that wasn't a bad thing though...

Fair enough. I just don't think that's any less true of Luke. Sure he's got more staying power than Garven, but he still dies early if the opponent really wants him dead. No matter which higher PS value ship you bring in, they are probably going to be priority #1. Chances are, Dutch will be the first shooter at some point in the game. I just don't see that as a reason not to take him, he's always served me well.

I run Dutch, Biggs blue blue with great success. Without Biggs everyone guns for Dutch immediately. This keeps Dutch alive 3-4 more rounds, which is a lot of target locks to hand out to the b wings. If you can destroy 25% of his fleet first or so, it's just clean up after that.

I have a similar list in Mind. I like Roark in the HWK so only have 4 points to play with....
