Yeah like it's really that simple...

There will be upgrade cards that we will most likely want. Plus that would also mean that they're going to be pretty unlikely to release a different ship that fits the scale better.

Releasing a ISD means that for those of us who find things like scale an the rest to be important, that we will be doing without any sort of Huge imperial ship unless we buy a ISD.

Also the number of fighters and the like that come in a ISD is not part of the EU, it comes from the various tech guides all of which are still considered canon.

It has been well established that Star Destroyers are a bad idea...
