Thanks Xwingtoman! I assume there was a final cut to elimination? Top 8? Top 16?
Or were there so many attendees that it just went by points?
Ironic that there was only 1 Imperial squad in the Top 8, but it won.

Top 16 - Khyros
Hobbie w/ R3A2 + Flexhette torps

Green w/ PTL
Gold w/ ICT
Wait, so that was you who I played in round four? (I had Ibtisam with three Rookies.) I think we should have worn our FFG screen names on name tags, haha

Indeed. I was the one that managed to neutralize 37 points of your list and still end up losing
Here is a link to the full list of all 46 builds from the Bellevue Nebraska Regional held May 3rd 2014.

It was a cut to top 8. I have posted the full list of builds on another thread. here is the link.
A couple of things to Note. FFG has a set of parameters that must be followed when running a regional. there must be a cut, and it is based upon players attending. They actually have rigid rules for running this which is actually very nice. It will keep all of these events running in a similar fashion.
So here is where we stand for getting data on week 1:

May 4 2014. La Carte Chance. Paris, France
We had 44 players at the tournament, I don't have all the lists but it came down to my swarm :
Holwrunner with squad leader
Dark Curse
Backstabber
4 Academies
against FrereSender's Biggs walks the dogs:
Biggs, 2 Daggers with AdvS and a rookie
I lost with him having a dagger on 4 shields.
Mine was the only swarm in the top 8 (and the only Empire squadron for that matter).
Edited by IcareaneThanks Icareane. I assume it was a cut to Top 8? If you know anyone else who was there please encourage them to post results.
@MajorJuggler Barcelona (Spain) regional is May 17th. I'll do my best to report back. So far 45 attendees confirmed

Hey, like I said, I was surprised, too, that those two Rookies did that well. Well it was cool meeting and playing against you, even if I didn't know it was you (Khyros)!

I think I'm going to put a nametag on with Khyros at the next event... I met several folks from the forums there, and it's weird to say "hi, I'm Jeff.. er I mean Khyros... are you someone I know from online?"
I'll give you more details if I can find the top 8 lists and the final cut for L'Isle Jourdain.
Thanks Lanyssa! Judging by the other events it should have been a cut to the Top 8. Any more information is appreciated.

I visited with SableGryphon for a couple of hours on Saturday before realizing who he was, and his maneuver templates even say "Sable." I didn't figure it out until we started talking shuttle builds.
I was out of it for most of the day yesterday, but I'll be posting the top 16 for the Monroeville, PA tournament in a little while. Sorry for the delay.

The ship breakdown of Monroeville's Top 8 :
12 TIE Fighters
9 X-Wings
7 B-Wings
3 TIE Interceptors
1 Firespray
1 Shuttle
1 YT-1300
1 Y-Wing
0 A-Wings
0 HWK-290s
0 TIE Bombers
0 TIE Advanceds (lol)
And the ship breakdown of Monroeville's Top 16 :
18 X-Wings
16 B-Wings
16 TIE Fighters
6 TIE Interceptors
4 Y-Wings
2 YT-1300s
2 Firesprays
1 Shuttle
1 A-Wing
0 HWK-290s
0 TIE Bombers
0 TIE Advanceds (lol)
I think a look at the Top 8 gives a better look at what's dominant in the meta, while the Top 16 gives a better look at what's being used more . Clearly, TIE Fighters, X-Wings and B-Wings are dominant, although the TIE Fighters have a better ratio of winning to being used than the X-Wing and B-Wing. Several Y-Wings and TIE Interceptors were used and made it to the Top 16, showing that people are trying them, but only one and three of them respectively made it to the Top 8.
I think it's surprising that no TIE Bombers appeared at the top tables in Pennsylvania over the weekend; they seemed to find some success during Store Championship season. Meanwhile, it's not surprising that the HWK and TIE Advanced made no appearance at all, heh.

This makes me sad...
I'll get the full Excel based breakdowns posted here later, but it might not be until the weekend. I haven't yet pulled the data here into Excel, just been updating the text on this thread. I plan on breaking down the major categories by:

In that case, for fun, here's Monroeville's Top 4:
5 TIE Fighters
4 X-Wings
3 TIE Interceptors
2 B-Wings
1 Y-Wing
1 Firespray
1 Shuttle
In my post above, I accidentally shorted the TIE Interceptors by one. (My eyes read right over the Alpha Sq. Pilot with Stealth Device in the winning squad.) I corrected it up there for both the Top 8 and Top 16 rundowns.
0 TIE Bombers
This makes me sad...
Don't worry. There were 5 TIE Bombers in the Top 8 in Pearland, TX.

That's right! All you need now is to add a ghostly infinity narwhal with those bombers and all will be right in the galaxy.
The last lists from the Top 8 @ La Carte Chance
One more list from the Top 8 @ les Forges de Lumière (yes it was a TOP 8, confirmed !)
I'm doing what I can to have the remaining lists (2 Empire, 1 Rebels)!
EDIT : I did a mistake in the red list !
