Long answer: No. Your credit pool is in no way tied to your Identity. Credits are just credits. Recurring credits come from a source with keywords attached (such as Cloak or Silencer if you want Stealth).

What was the original question?

A stupid one. I wasn't looking at the dagger card, and forgot it requires a credit from a stealth card to use for +5 strength, obviously She doesn't have a recurring credit so.... That would have been interesting if she had though.

I suppose, though, they could make a Runner identity that instead of Identity: G-Mod, or Natural, or Cyborg, that they'd have one whose keyword was "stealth" and its ability would be a recurring credit or two.
