trying out an imperial build

I usually fly xybb/xybb build and wit got me thinking if a similar build for the imperial can be made.

So I have come up with the following versions of the same theme.

#1=98

Royal Guard Pilot + PTL =25 ×2

Gamma sqn + cluster + seismic = 24 ×2

#2=96

Royal Guard Pilot + PTL =25 ×2

Gamma sqn + cluster = 22

Jonus +seismic =24

#3=98

Royal Guard Pilot + PTL =25

Gamma sqn + cluster = 22 ×2

Jax + PTL =29

#4=98

Royal Guard Pilot + PTL =25

Gamma sqn + cluster = 22

Jax + PTL =29

Jonus +seismic =24

There are a few points left which I don't know what to do with.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of ways to do a 4 ship imperial list, but there isn't really anything that runs parallel to what the Rebels can field. I think it's best to focus on the merits of each faction or individual ship, rather than try to force a poor imitation of a good list.

I disagree. I've fielded some vastly devastating 3 and 4 ship Imperial builds. Jax and Fel and two named TIEs, or Jax, Fel and a named Firespray with Ion Cannons. If you load them up they are not to be trifled with. They may be a tad more fragile than rebels, but they are more agile for it and actually seem to last longer per individual engagement. For instance, Carnor Jax fully loaded the way i like him weighs in at 33 points. Ten Numb (a comparative skilled rebel pilot with significantly more HP) comes in at 31 naked. And really, no one flies a B-Wing naked at that PS. But as long as you're lining up more than one shot per round, he usually only lasts about 2-3 rounds (for me that's depending on whether i'm firing with TIEs or Interceptors at him). I regularly have named Interceptors last far longer than that.
