Once I roll my attack dice let's say I got 2 eyes and a blank. I had a focus and use it to change the eyes to hits. I can then use Han's ability to re-roll and would only have to roll the blank correct? Cauwe the other 2 dice have already been modded.

No. You can modify dice as many times as you wish, but only one of those mods can be a re-roll.

So with Han, you would re-roll all 3 dice, even if you spent your focus token beforehand.

You would re-roll fewer than 3 if you first used a Target Lock, or were the victim of an Elusiveness strike.
